When laying on a concrete base, each leg is fixed with dowels, adjusting bolts are already screwed into the sleeve. When installing, the first layer of plywood serves as an aligning level, and to provide stiffness from above the second layer is laid using self-tapping.
Of course, such an option of adjustable floors has a greater cost than the traditional with a lining of powder. However, all costs are justified by the result obtained results, the floors go out perfectly evenly and durable.
The procedure for making the installation of adjustable floors
- After purchasing the required volume of material, elements are collected;
- There are holes in the lags where bolts are screwed;
- Further laid out on the floor surface, taking into account the selected interval;
- Drill recesses at the base of the floor through the available holes in the lags;
- Then conduct adjustment of the laid out;
- They score a dowel to the base until it stops, the existing protrusions from the bolts are cut off by the chisel.

The following requirement is to keep the gap near the walls, the distance is 10mm. Subsequently, this distance is closed by a plinth. This is necessary to ensure the ventilation of the space and preserve the quality of the material. According to the technology, the depth of the drilled holes at the base should be 40mm. It is also important to monitor the quality of the adjustment, the differences between two nearby points may be around 1mm.
