Some believe that the swimming pool in the country area implies a rather difficult and time-consuming care, however, this statement may refute the plastic pools of polypropylene. If you compare them with reinforced concrete structures, you can note sufficiently inexpensive installation and relativeheeting. Unlike stationary products, it does not require design and complex technical work.

Why precisely plastic pools?

There are a number of simple and fairly transparent foundations why it should be preferred:

Stages of mounting work:

1. Choosing a place

This pool is best installed on:

• not darkened open space;
• well-established soil;
• Plot protected from wind.

2. Preparation of Kotlovana

The pit should exceed the pool parameters by about 75-100 cm.

• The groundwater level should be at least 0.20 m to the basin base concrete slab;
• If possible, avoid the installation of the pool in areas with an elevated level of groundwater;

• If there is wet land and groundwater on the installation site, then you need to consult with the master and compact the soil, as well as take all the necessary measures;
• In the absence of the ability to provide the necessary conditions, you should create a drainage system around the perimeter of the plate, or to ensure partial depressions of the bowl and the subsequent dump.

3. Construction at the base of concrete slabs

Before starting work, the bottom of the pit is recommended to align the gravel and sand pillow.

Concrete slab parameters:

• Its dimensions must exceed the perimeter of the bottom of the bowl by about 0.25 m (no less);
• Thickness should be 0.20-0.25 m and have 1-2 reinforcement grids;
• The surface must be smooth and horizontal (it is also poured with an aligning screed);
• The thickness of the reinforcement is 1-2 cm in increments of 0.20-0.25 m.

If your pool is equipped with a bottom drain, then:

• The slab base must have a bias of 10-20 mm;
• In the stove you should make a special pit at the point of installation of the bottom drain and the channel under the drain pipeline.

4. Installation of the plastic pool:

• When the stove hardens, it is necessary to lay a lining building material - geotextile;
• If necessary, thermal insulation (2-3 cm of extruded polystyrene foam) is heated on top of it;
• Then black color polyethylene film;
• And only after that the bowl itself is mounted;
• From the outside, the side walls of the pool are also isolated with polyethylene black film and foam.

5. Concreting pool bowl

After the arrangement of plastic bowls, it creates its concreting throughout the perimeter from the outside (thickness of 0.20-0.25 m):

• Before starting work inside the pool, shields and struts are mounted;
• Next to the perimeter is set to 1-2 layers of fittings and formwork.

Recommendations:

• During the concreting period of the side walls, the formwork should be mounted not in full, and from the bottom with the gradual displacement of it up the concrete;
• So that the strength of the concrete was better, the armature of the side walls must be associated with the base plate;
• The composition of the concrete mix: crushed stone, sand, cement (stamps of at least M-400) in the ratio of 4: 3: 1. The resulting composition should not be liquid.

After all the preparatory work, we proceed to concrete. It must be carried out in stages:

• Pour water by 30-40 cm into the bowl of the pool;
• We put a concrete composition around the perimeter, avoiding the occurrence within voids and controlling so that the walls of the pool may not be formed;
• If it happened, it happened, eliminate it even before the concrete mixture is frozen using the retirement;
• After grabbed the first layer, it is necessary to add water again by 0.30-0.40 m and put concrete for the same height;
• So move until the walls are completely concrete. At the same time, the new layer of concrete mix should be laid only after the complete hardening of the previous one;
• At the end of the work, the formwork is removed, and the space between the pit and the wall from the concrete falls asleep with sand (it must be wrapped with water and thrombus);
