Full water supply plays one of the leading roles in creating full comfort in the house. Without it, it is difficult to imagine the adoption of the soul or high-quality washing dishes.

Designing the water supply system

In most cases, water is used in two rooms: bathroom and kitchen. Despite this, the accurate water supply scheme should be developed. When designing and installing water supply systems in a private house, you must decide on the location:

  • source of water intake;
  • pumping station;
  • hydroaccumulator;
  • pipes, filters and tees.

The most difficult operation when creating a water supply is the drilling of holes in the floor and walls for laying pipelines. Other works (cutting and pipe connection, installation of filters and connecting to elements of water pipes) do not need tremendous physical efforts. Therefore, the installation of water supply with your own hands in a private house is completely under power even for those who will first work in this case.

Connecting the pump station and hydroaccumulator

A little knowledge will be needed when installing a pumping station. It is also an integral part when installing water supply engineering systems in a country house. The main purpose of the pumping station is the injection of water from the well (well) in the residential premises. It is recommended to place in the warm room to use the water supply and in the coldest winter days.

The connection of the station with a source of water intake is carried out by a pipe, at the end of which a brass fitting is installed with a 32-millimeter adapter. A tee is connected to the fitting having a drain crane. This ensures that water supply is shutdown when repairing a water supply network. The next element is the check valve. Thanks to it, water will not return in the opposite direction.

Next Installation is carried out:

  • ball valve (turns on and turns off water);
  • mesh coarse filter;
  • damper tank;
  • pressure switch;
  • station protection sensor from "dry" stroke;
  • filter of fine cleaning;
  • adapter under the pipe.

Subsequent work is carried out only after checking the performance of the station.

The hydroaccumulator is also an important element of the autonomous system when water supply to the house with a pumping station. This is a hermetic tank, which consists of two sections. In one under pressure there is air, in the second - water. This device is used to maintain normal pressure in the plumbing system. If necessary, the hydroaccumulator turns off and includes the station.

Of course, it is possible and do without a hydroaccumulator. You just need to install a huge tank at the top point at home. From there will be carried out water under pressure. But this system will not be able to ensure the efficient operation of the washing machine.

Welding and wiring of plastic pipes

The most suitable option for the installation of internal water supply systems is the use of reinforced polypropylene pipes. They are characterized by:

  • simplicity of installation;
  • resistant to oxidative processes;
  • long operating period (up to 50 years).

The only nuance is the presence of a special electric welding machine.

The main criterion when choosing pipes is their diameter. This is due to the fact that pipes with too small diameter can cause the turbulization of water flow. And this will lead to a noisy advancement of water through pipes and the formation of lime deposits on the walls of pipes.

The right choice of pipes is carried out depending on the length of the water supply networks:

  • for pipeline up to 10 m, pipes with a diameter of 20 mm are used;
  • up to 30 m - 25 mm;
  • over 30 m - 32 mm.

Installation of water supply systems with polypropylene pipes involves their soldering with a welding machine. Their welding technology consists of the following steps:

  • the tube of the required length is cut off with special scissors;
  • it is cleaned from both ends from dirt and dust;
  • placement markup is made;
  • the welding machine is equipped with nozzles;
  • it turns on the network and heats up;
  • the end of the pipe is inserted into the nozzle before the mark made;
  • after 6-7 seconds, nozzles are removed;
  • pipes are connected to each other.

Welding pipes best exercise together. One person will work with pipes, the second is to hold the welding machine. When carrying out work, you should not turn over the pipes. You need to connect quickly and smoothly. If the pipes are connected poorly, then it is necessary to cut off the defective area and the procedure is renovated. The use of pipes begins after their complete cooling.

There are several rules for wiring a plumbing network in the house. These include:

  • it is not recommended to pass pipes through partitions and walls;
  • laying pipes in the wall is carried out using "glasses";
  • they should be positioned at a distance of 2-2.5 cm from the walls;
  • the fastening of pipes to the walls is carried out using clips;
  • clips are accommodated in the corners, the distance between them in the straight area is 1.5-2 m;
  • the distance from the pipe to the outer angle is 1.5 cm, to the internal - 3-4 cm;
  • the pipe connection at an angle is carried out using fittings and tees;
  • the presence of a minimum amount of turns (they reduce system pressure);
  • connecting the pipe to the collector is carried out using shut-off reinforcement.

Nuances supply pipes with hot and cold water

When installing the water supply pipes, filters are installed. They will get rid of water from harmful impurities and salts. Filters are placed at a distance of 50-100 cm from the hydroaccumulator. The filtering system ends with a tee. Two pipes come out of it, which are intended for the supply of hot and cold water.

HEATING PIPES.

Installation of the hot water system involves connecting the pipe to the boiler. The pipe right under the water heater is attached:

  • safety valve;
  • expansion tank;
  • drain ball valve.

The pipe is connected to the collector with hot water. From it on the bathroom and the kitchen there is a laying of all pipes that feed hot water.

When installing cold water supply in front of the collector, a drain crane and shut-off valve are mounted. Each pipe in the collector is also recommended to equip these elements.

Proper placement of risers - a guarantee of high-quality plumbing

The laying of water pipes involves the implementation of the proper installation of water supply risers to plumbing equipment. It can be performed as three ways:

  • under the ceiling of the room;
  • at the location level of plumbing;
  • near the floor.

In the first case, the pipes are lowered from the ceiling to the points of water intake for a certain height, and in the second - approximately on the meter height from the floor. The third method involves placing a riser at an altitude of 0.2-0.3 m. Vertical lifting of pipes is carried out to each plumbing device: mixers, cranes, washing machine, boiler, toiletz, etc.

Pipe wiring must be performed with a bias bias. Its size should be 2-5 mm per 1 m tubes. Only in this way an effective descent of water is achieved if necessary.
