This technique can be used for plowing, cultivation, harrowing, dipping, and together with a cart - for the carriage of goods. Like any complex mechanism, a motoblock consists of several parts. The instruction on its assembly is represented by your attention.
Making a frame of the aggregate
The frame is the supporting structure to which all other components of the unit are attached. For its manufacture, you must perform the following.
- From a tap steel metal pipe, a diameter of an inch with a quarter, you need to bend and connect the design in the form of two spars, which have a rear and front edge bent up. Welding is performed in the front edge zone.
- The rug from the Motorcycle "Izh" is welded to the back side of the spar, on which the control levers must be installed.
- For the rigidity of the frame to spars in several places are welded cross. The front will be focused for the tensioner of the transmission chain of the first stage.
- Bend closer to the rear edge spars, between the pipes to be welded metal plate. She will play the role of stiffeners, but the main purpose - to recharge the ground.
- Carter gear being part of the frame, it is a rack between the chassis and the motor. To the lower part can be fastened trolley or stretcher cultivator.
Information about the engine motoblock
Power unit transmission frame and a carrier for them assembled as follows.
- The engine for motor cultivator must have forced air cooling: it is a necessary condition for low speed of movement. Great power unit of a scooter "ant": it runs on gasoline and has a capacity of 13 horsepower.
- With the engine is connected to the gearbox. Silencer have to make your own from a steel pipe diameter of 70 mm. Must be cut from her 250 mm and filled with metal shavings and sawdust. The configuration should be such that the exhaust gases are discharged to the side and do not interfere with working. The exhaust hole is narrowed to 16 mm.
- Frame for an engine made of a steel pipe 42 mm in diameter in the form of slides. On the edges and in the center are fixed by welding brackets with holes for M8 bolts. Then this frame is located downward and central bracket is welded to the central crossmember rails. For better welding connections, pipe sections and metal cross rails need to bend slightly: this will increase the contact area.
- motor cultivator apparatus involves mounting the motor to the frame in the points indicated on the drawing. The determining factor in the development of the design of the frame and slide are the size of the power unit.
- At the center of vertical shelf crosshead, attached to the guides, it is necessary posverlit hole 10 mm in diameter. It is required to install the M10 bolts with which the tensioning chain is performed from the first gear stage.
- The sub-frame is fixed with bolts M10 to the main frame at four points. Sled moving along spars along the four slots (two in each skid skids).
How does the chain gear
This mechanism is necessary in order to reduce the amount of engine speed and increase the torque transmitted to the engine and wheels rippers.
Driving motor blocks part of the chain gear consists of the following parts and components:
- the first step is assembled from a pair of Stars increments of 12.75 mm between the teeth of: driving at - 17 teeth, driven at - 57;
- the leading asterisk sits on the output shaft of the engine, driven fastened on the outer flange of the primary shaft of the second stage;
- the second stage of the gearbox is assembled from stars in a step between teeth, equal to 19.05 mm: at the leading 11 teeth, in the slave - 25;
- the second stage is reinforced, it is in close proximity to the ground and therefore to protect against clogging is placed in a crankcase, which is fastened with welding to spars with steel spacers;
- carter is two channels with shortened shelves (up to 35 mm), a rubber cover is located over the crankcase;
- for reliable fastening between the crossbar and the crankcase, the boar is welded;
- in the heads of the collector, there must be two holes on the same axis, which serve as nests for bearings 100 mm;
- in the circumference near these holes there are six M8 threaded holes: they are necessary for fastening to the cabinet.
- the tension of the chain of the second stage of the gearbox is adjustable step by turning bearing (at least 15 degrees) with eccentric cases around its axis;
- the second stage shaft is installed in ball bearings, while the leading asterisk is clamped between the crankcase walls in its central part and is connected by a knap with the shaft;
- oil lubrication of the mechanism occurs due to the constant immersion of the lower teeth of the gear;
- seals installed in the bearing housings are protected from oil leakage.

Design of homemade wheels, subframe for cultivator and rippers
By transmitting torque from the engine, thanks to the hitch with the slots on the semi-axes, the wheels or rippers are driven. For this, the wheels are suitable for motoclasp, and in order for the grip with the soil is good, the bandage from the steel tape is attached over the tires, to which the segments of the corners are welded. These 25 mm corners are called primer plates.
In order for such a design to be firmly held on the tire, special ammunges hurried inside the hoop should be provided on both sides of the strips. Bandage hoop consists of two halves connected using a hinge and a lock device. They are located along different directions.
To install the cultivator, it is necessary to weld from a rectangular pipe with a cross section of 60 × 40 mm T-shaped subframe. If it is not possible to detect the appropriate design in a trading organization that implements agricultural equipment, it is easier to order it at the factory. If there are welding and other necessary fixtures and tools, this item can be made independently. In order for the traverse to be separated, in front of the subframe, it is necessary to install a coupling device made from a chapellera.
You can replace the plow with the help of rippers: they are knives with cutters and are installed instead of wheels. They are made of 50 × 60 mm steel stripes (you can borrow from the old weselves). The number of paws is selected depending on the type of soil processing. For the loosening of the soil is enough one or two. With their properly gluing into the ground, the motoblock will easily move and manage. After such loosening in the harrowing there is no need.
